Things They Can’t Say

things-they-cant-say-button-2Earlier this week, I found a homework packet that my first grader was supposed to have turned in last week. I asked him about it and he said he didn’t do it because he was too busy last week. Any other time of the year, there’s no way I’d put up with that mess. But right now? Yeah, okay, let’s toss it in the trash and move on. Because the end of the school year is crazytown. We’re All Wearing War Paint: everyone is so touchy over everything these days and determined to have their say over how they’re offended. Read what Erin has to say about it.

You absolutely have to see Project Unicorn– the amazing invention by 10 year old Jordan.

I know you’ve seen Chewbacca Mom this past week- she was everywhere, spreading her infectious laughter. Absolutely loved seeing her story unfold. But Lizz challenges us: We Can All Be Candace.

All I have to say about this last one is RIGHT ON! To the women over forty and the twenty-somethings who write about them
