Parent Involvement Made Easy with Monday Envelope

It’s the time of year again.

When my phone gets so many texts that I become immune to the pinging alert of a new message and our family email gets crammed full of notices, all thanks to sports and school activities.

I like to stay in the loop and know what’s going on. Sometimes I’m even the one sending out the notices, since I’m one of those soccer moms.

But group text messages where you get every “Got it!” and “Thanks!” that comes through or reply-all emails when the person sending doesn’t realize it’s reply-all and says something you know they only meant for one person to see… I could do without all of those.

I was invited to try out Monday Envelope, which is an all-in-one communication solution built to solve these problems for the groups you manage.

Monday Envelope helps you manage your groups

You can easily create a group, add events, ask for volunteers, create a fundraiser, and even collect money. Your group members have the option to view the group on any of their devices. When you create an event, you can choose to require an RSVP(super helpful for our soccer club, where the kids are split up into different teams each week) or ask for volunteers for things like snack and allow people to sign up.

Easily manage team or class mom duties with Monday Envelope

When you set up events, you can also schedule reminders to go out, which is really helpful since you don’t have to remind yourself to send out a reminder(that’s a lot of reminding).

You can also add documents and helpful links to your Monday Envelope group. Even if you send those forms home, you know someone will lose them. Or if you email them out, they can get lost in an inbox. But knowing that all of your group members can simply log into their Monday Envelope account and find what they need will save you from all those requests for the forms or links.

Your group members can choose to get email notifications or they can turn those off and simply check Monday Envelope for updates. But if you have something come up last minute, like a game that’s canceled due to rain, you can send an emergency notification that will be sent to everyone, even if they’ve turned off regular notifications.

    Monday
Envelope certainly has some valuable options. I sympathize with the “reply to everyone” response that gets sent out now and then. Thanks for the great visuals on how to use Monday Envelope.
