Fun Spring Clothing from Aventura Clothing

I’m an Aventura Ambassador. These clothes were sent to me as part of that program, but all opinions are my own. If you see any pieces you like, either in this post or on the Aventura site, you can shop for 60% off!

If I could describe my style in one word, it would be comfortable. If pressed, I’d add functional to that description.

Most of my days are spent working from home, occasionally tutoring at the elementary school, and running my boys to their sports practices. I want to be comfortable during all that. I don’t really see the need to get all fancied up and I definitely don’t see a reason to wear anything that isn’t comfortable.

This means that most of my wardrobe consists of clothes that look like I’m headed to the gym. In warmer weather, it extends to sundresses and maxi skirts because those can feel like wearing pajamas. But when it was time for me to order clothes from Aventura, I thought I’d see if I could add a little more style to my daily look while not sacrificing comfort.

I’ll start with my absolute favorite outfit. What I said about it to my husband was this “These pants BUTTON and yet they’re still comfortable. They’re like the unicorn of pants.”

These are the Arden Capri pants from Aventura Clothing. The material is super soft and they have a very flattering fit. They also roll up to a pedal pusher length. I’m wearing them in silver sage, but they come in multiple colors. I plan on getting a few more pairs in different colors now that I know how awesome they fit. I’m wearing a size 6, in case you are wondering about sizing. I paired it with their Betsy hoodie. Still comfortable, but definitely stepping outside my usual yoga pants.

Some other Aventura pieces I’m loving are the white Saphira Infinity Scarf because it pairs so easily with just about everything. The  Thea Scarf adds fun detail to a simple outfit(I wore it with my favorite worn in jean jacket). And then the Redford Jacket is lightweight and super soft, nice to throw on in the slightly chilly mornings or evenings. I got it in chamomile because I love yellows, but it comes in other colors(with a lot of them being more neutral).

These Aventura pieces are very versatile and all extremely comfortable: the Bienne Tank,  Kyle Wrap, Lily Capri Legging, and Logan Fedora. The tank, wrap, and leggings all come in different colors, though I went neutral so I could pair them with a lot of other things.

Aventura makes comfortable clothing with an active focus while being thoughtful to people and the environment. They make clothing out of sustainable fabrics without having them look or feel like they are made from a potato sack. I also have the Flannery Dress and the Jessa Skirt in my closet and I’ve gotten lots of wear out of them. You can check out Aventura Clothing for even more looks.

If you do find something that you want to buy, you can either leave a comment below, email me, or tweet me and let me know and I’ll send you a code for 60% off your order!

I love simple and basic pieces. I prefer classy styles that stick around for a while instead of trendy things that last all of 5 minutes.
