I saw it. That X # of days until Christmas sign. And I tried not to completely melt down. I currently have a list of the lists that I need to make in order to get ready for the holidays. And with so many people blogging for NaBloPoMo, there’s a lot to read, too! I wrote something this week that I’ve been sitting on for quite a while, biting my tongue and editing down but I think I finally got my message across in Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. And here’s what you may have missed elsewhere:
The back and forth of thoughts about a baby you aren’t having: I’m Not Pregnant, written by Arnebya.
What made me nod my head in agreement and tear up, thinking of all the times I’ve added “just” in front of what I do: Dream Deferred by Julie C. Gardner.
The power of just one person, doing what they’re passionate about: One Match by Andrea at Good Girl Gone Redneck.
This was my giggle of the week: Sponsor a Suburban White Boy from Loripalooza. Oh, those poor, deprived children.
Since I’ve occasionally lost it and yelled “Your dad is RIGHT THERE! WHY are you asking ME?!?” Damn This Default Parent Business from Happy & Humble was another that made me crack up.
And finally, a recipe that made my 7 year old ask “Mom, how did you DO that? This is sooooo good.” And yet, it’s lazy and only 3 ingredients: Cream Cheese Monkey Bread.
