Stay Hydrated with DripDrop

This post is part of s sponsored campaign with SheSpeaks and DripDrop.

I’m terrible at drinking enough water. I’ll get wrapped up in work and forget about it, not wanting to keep water right next to my laptop(one ruined computer due to a spill was more than enough for me, thank you very much).

And my kids don’t like to stop to drink water, either. Even when their coach will call a water break during practice, they’ll take a sip and then go back to playing.

So I can see why dehydration impacts 75% of Americans. It’s a hidden cause of problems like fatigue, headache, stress, and lack of focus. It can impair productivity up to 30%, reduce athletic performance and make a bad cold worse. Facts via DripDrop.

dripdrop hydration powder

DripDrop is a powder that you mix with your water and hydrates 34% better than water alone and contains 2-3 times more electrolytes than sports drinks, while having 50% less sugar than sports drinks. It treats and prevents dehydration resulting from vomiting, diarrhea, and excessive sweating.

You can keep a packet in your bag so you always have it with you on the go and easily mix it with a bottle of water. Then drink every 1-2 hours as needed until rehydrated.

DripDrop comes in Lemon or Berry Flavors. I’ll have to be honest with you and say that I sampled the lemon and knew it wasn’t something that my boys would drink. Maybe if they were sick and had no other choice, but it’s not something they’d select on their own. Not really surprising, since lemon(unless it has a lot of sugar added) isn’t a flavor my kids gravitate towards. I’d like to try the berry and think that would be a better one to have on hand should they need it.

DripDrop could come in handy during cold and flu season or any sports season, as well.

I would totally try this. I do drink a lot of water, but it’s boring.

I need to get some of this. I am horrible at drinking water, preferring most everything else. It causes a lot of issues when you’re pregnant and I’m trying I really am, but it’s so hard when everything runs right through you as it is.

This sounds like something I would like to try. I know I need to drink more water so this would help.

My daughter has trouble staying hydrated and goes through a lot of sports drinks. She should try this instead.

Powder packets are so great for traveling. I can easily toss them in my purse or tote bag so that I can easily add it to bottled water.

I would rather just stick to plain water. i am not big on flavored water, although I have added fresh lemons and cucumbers to my water

I like to alternate from plain water with coconut water as it’s super hydrating, not sure if the packets would even be safe in my handbag, it’s like war zone inside my purse! LOL

I think my son would like the lemon, and my daughter would like the berry. You’re right, best to keep the kind on hand you think they would gravitate towards.
