I am participating in a sponsored campaign hosted by fast acting Advil® Film-Coated and I received a free sample of Advil® Film-Coated. This is a sponsored post for SocialStars by Crowdtap. All opinions expressed are my own. #FastAdvil
I looked at my calendar this week and cringed. Four soccer practices, two cross country practices, two music classes, and karate for all three. Add on jury duty, a parent-teacher conference, and two volunteer mornings at the elementary school.
Let’s not forget work. And attempting to keep up with the messes a family with three boys can create.
Oh, and I promised my oldest I’d run a 5K with him in just a few weeks so I’m attempting to train for that.
It’s busy around here. I wouldn’t change it for anything; I actually get antsy if I have too much spare time, but I have to admit this week was pushing even my limits!
I have zero time for anything that will slow me down right now. Even though, when I get a headache, all I really want to do is this:
Because I have no time to wallow when I have a headache(or cramps), I now keep fast acting Advil® Film-Coated on hand.
It’s the newest innovation from Advil®, designed to be absorbed quickly by the body, going to work in minutes, yet still providing that fast, powerful relief you expect from Advil®. No other pain reliever has been proven to work faster or stronger.
If you are wondering about the different with the new Advil® Film-Coated: while regular Advil® also contain ibuprofen, fast acting Advil® Film-Coated contain an ion core of ibuprofen sodium, a salt form of ibuprofen that is much more soluble in water than standard ibuprofen, a bunch of fancy words which mean because they are more soluble, they dissolve fast, and can be absorbed into the body fast. Fast acting Advil® Film-Coated also have an ultra thin film coating that dissolves quickly, while regular Advil® has a sugar coating.
Fast, I like that word when we’re talking about relieving minor aches and pains due to: headache, toothache, backache, menstrual cramps, the common cold, muscular aches and the minor pain of arthritis. Fast acting Advil® Film-Coated also temporarily reduce fevers.
That means I can get right back to my regularly scheduled busy day.
Even if I might be regretting signing up for that race.

Leaving his friends in the dust… like he’ll do with me. Yes, I’ll have Advil® Film-Coated in my bag for after the race!
I need to stock up on this for the few headaches I do get at work. Moms don’t have time to be sick or deal with headaches. It’s nice to have quick relief!
Yes I am back!! Gosh I have missed all of this! Go you for even attempting a 5k I would be like momma loves you enough to not do something that will make her die… oh yeah I would go there lol..I am so glad my boys are out of school, however the cab driver thing still holds…
I feel the same rush, rush busy feeling lately, but it can’t be helped. I’m so glad it’s almost the weekend. Then I might be able to sit and do nothing for a spell. Advil is on my list of can’t take right now on account of being pregnant.
Advil is about the only thing that works on my headaches. It would be nice to take a nap though but I guess Advil will have to do.
I like advil. The fast acting sounds really great.
I need to get some of this! When I get headaches, I hate having to wait forever for my Advil to actually kick in!
Spot on with this write-up, I actually believe that this site needs a great deal more
attention. I’ll probably be back again to read more, thanks for the
info!
I love Advil and how well it works! I think having a headache is some of the worst kind of pain you can have! So glad I have Advil to help take care of it!
I suffer from migraines which I take a nighttime pill for and have for over 15 years, but I’ve been getting daily headaches lately. I wonder if this would help!
Boy, do I relate to this post! There’s absolutely ZERO time in a day to be feeling crappy.
I know what you mean about not having time for anything else! I need to slow down because I often need an Advil or two to help my own headaches! Thanks!
I definitely need fast-acting that’s for sure! Thanks for the recommendation.
I hate when I have to wait for medicine to kick. I will make sure I pick some of this up. Good luck with your 5K.
Advil is always my go-to for aches and pains or even a headache. I hope you made a good showing in the race.
Yes, fast is the keyword when talking about pain relief. I’ll be looking out for this. I get the worst headaches.
Thats always a great thing when a pill is fast absorbing. I hate when it takes more than 30 minutes to kick in when you are in immediate pain!
I know what you mean, life can’t stop or even slow down for a headache – everything still needs to be done. We always make sure there is some Advil in the house – it takes care of the pain without making me sick to my stomach.
I like that it’s film coated. Those are the best to swallow. And good luck with your race, I like that you’re running it with your oldest. 🙂
We are so busy too, I often get stress headaches. I do like to keep Advil on hand for those moments when they start to kick in. Good luck with your race!
When you have a headache, you need something that will act fast. That always helps
I used to take Advil for most of my pain because it did not upset my stomach. But, after having blood tests done we found out that my OTC aspirin and ibuprofen use was hurting my kidneys and liver so I had to switch to naproxin (aleve) but I take a prescription of it for a higher dosage.
I had a massive headache problem this week too! I was loading up on Advil!
I swear by Advil. It’s so fast acting!
Wow, just reading everything you had scheduled is enough to make a person tired. I’m glad that Advil helps keep you on your feet.
Advil is my go-to for a lot of things. I need to get a bottle of this Fast Advil!
I’ve never heard of the fast advil. I will for sure check it out. You are right, we have no time to slow down.
I just took some to get rid of my headache. It’s really good stuff.
I have used Advil for years, your right when you are feeling crappy you need something to relieve the pain, Advil does just that!
