Keep Your Back to School Paperwork Organized #Giveaway

This is a sponsored post written by me as part of the 2014 Team of COMM: Council of Media Moms.

We’re officially in back-to-school mode, with the packed schedules and mounds of paperwork to show for it.

It can quickly pile up and important papers can get lost, along with activities being missed. I’ve been using my momAgenda planners for two years now to mark down important dates and keep track of my family’s busy schedules.

But I found another momAgenda product that would help me keep those important papers organized and where I could find them.

momAgenda storage buckets can keep all your important papers in one place

That’s a corner in my kitchen: I keep all the supplies my kids might need to complete their homework there, plus my momAgenda storage bucket. In the bucket, I have a folder for each of my three kids, my momAgenda planner, plus that’s where I’ll put bills that need to be paid or any other paperwork that needs to be dealt with.

There’s no scrambling to remember where I put a field trip form or important memo from one of my boys’ teachers or a soccer snack schedule. It’s all in one place.

keep organized with these cute storage buckets from momAgenda

These cute storage buckets could be used for storing homework supplies, diapers, small toys, maybe hats and gloves in your mudroom. They are constructed of high quality metal and come in two different designs. You could even add a few items to the buckets and use them to deliver a baby or teacher gift.

One of you will win your choice of a blue or hot pink storage bucket from momAgenda ($35 MSRP). See Rafflecopter to enter and for rules.

Super cute buckets. I have files for each child in my file drawer in my office and post important contact papers for them on my bulletin board.

Every year beginning of the school year, I say that I will get organized but the school year ends and I don’t know where anything else. And my oldest is in 5th grade! This year, I decided to try out an accordion file organizer and dedicate slots for each of my kids, school specific papers, and PTA papers. So far it’s working. I just have them sitting on our butcher’s rack counter top, in my dining room.

These buckets are really cute to give it a nice look appeal.

I have been using MomAgenda spiral for years along with a folder for each child’s keep papers or pics and a folder for To-Do papers and bills.
