How to Rock Your Blog: Fall Sessions

blog tips

Now that school is back in session, it’s time to get back into the swing of blogging!

Blogging isn’t just about blogging any more, though: we have to make sure we’re making the most of the various social media platforms available. But, it can seem overwhelming: facebook, twitter, pinterest, google+, and instagram. What do you do on each and how do you make the time while maintaining your blog?

Sign up for our next How to Rock Your Blog Class: Leveraging Social Media and we’ll work through tips for using the different social media platforms to your best advantage.

You have a fabulous blog with great content– now, you’re ready to share it with the world. This course will take you through utilizing social media platforms to increase your blog’s presence. We’ll walk you through tips on how to make your blog social media-friendly, how to set up and leverage the various platforms, strategies for growing your presence on the platforms, and tips for ongoing engagement. Practical advice, to-do lists, and weekly tasks & assignments will be covered in this course. Our goal is to help you leverage social media for better blog exposure. *Note! If you register for a class and want to also do a mini-course, email us for a coupon code to get $5 off!

This class will start on September 17 and will include three live video sessions where you can ask questions and include private forum access to work through assignments.  Live sessions will be held on Sept 18, Sept 20, and Sept 25 at 8pm ET. If you can’t make a live session, video will be available the following day.

We’ll also have a mini-class starting next week, with one live session on Sept 24th.

We’ll walk you through the must-haves(and must-not-haves!) for your blog as well as explain how to ensure your blog is user- and PR-Friendly. You’ll have access to a live online session as well as a private forum to ask questions. A checklist will be provided for self blog evaluation as well as evaluation from other group members, so you’ll have fresh eyes talking a look at your blog.

I got so much out of the last two classes. It completely changed how I blogged. I’ll have to see if I’ll be available the nights you have this one. Will it be different from the other classes?

This looks great.  I would love to take this course in the future.  I feel a little overwhelmed this month with stuff on my calendar, and I”m heading a PTA program, but love the content here.
