There was a time in my life as a teenager when I felt like the only thing that I could control was the food that I ate(or didn’t eat).
Six months of my life when I barely ate a thing.
Fruit, crackers, diet soda.
I liked feeling in control.
It had nothing to do with weight.
I was tiny to start with.
Luckily, I snapped out of it.
