It’s been almost a year since a devastating earthquake hit Haiti. The aftereffects of the earthquake has made it almost impossible for Haitians to make a living.
This is where the Heart of Haiti project comes in. Through a partnership with Macy’s, Heart of Haiti offers artisan crafted decorative arts and jewelry for sale. All income from the sales goes enhances an artisan’s family’s nutrition, educates children, and brings access to healthcare and dignity.
Take a look at some of the products that Haitians continue to make, in spite of the earthquake: they use raw materials like recycled oil drums, wrought iron, and stone to create art.
You can check out all the products HERE and support the project by making a purchase.
