Every year, as part of my New Year’s resolutions, I vow that I’m going to become more organized. Maybe with a cleaning schedule or with keeping track of the bills or staying on top of all the paperwork that gets sent home from my boys’ school. One move toward organization at a time, so I have a chance to actually keep up with my resolution.
I’ve been pretty good at keeping track of all of our schedules: practices, games, parties, school projects, special days at school(as in sending my child in pajamas on the right day). I write all that down in my momAgenda Desktop Planner. It goes everywhere with me and as soon as I know the date of an event, I write it down there immediately.
But, to keep track of more than just dates, I started using the momAgenda All-in-One Folio.
While there is a 12 month calendar, where you can keep track of all of your family’s activities, there’s more to this planner. The folio section features tabbed page protectors for storing important papers you reference frequently, like school schedules and class lists. I keep my preschooler’s month calendars here and the project instructions for my oldest’s (way too involved, in my opinion) homework projects. School lunch calendars, schedules for the season for soccer/basketball, registration forms, even bills: there are 48 pages and 24 tabs so there’s room for whatever you need to store and then easily find. There’s also a large notepad and pen.
The momAgenda All-in-One Folio comes with helpful forms, like babysitter info, family medical info, birthdays and anniversaries, and more. You can also find free organizer printables on momAgenda. Be sure to go take a look- you can get a headstart on your New Year’s organization!
