In a house with three boys:
a Kindergartener, a Preschooler, and a toddler,
Life can be LOUD.
And busy.
And messy:
In more ways than one.
But, it is also:
Smiles over Santa and his elves.
Believing in magic.
Cookies baking.
Craft-making:
Even when the glue is in their hair more than on their projects.
Lots of laughter.
Excitement.
Full of wonder.
This is what I wish for you and yours this holiday season:
The wonder.
And to remember:
Those things that don’t go as planned:
not to get stressed over them.
It’s the memories that are important.
The wonder.
But don’t forget to blog about the disasters.
So that we can all have a giggle.
Joining in with Merry SITS-mas!

This was so sweet! I love the card
I love the wonder and excitement in the kids eyes!
I've had (more than) a few Thanksgiving disasters, so I'm hoping Christmas is disaster-free. But I'll be sure to share any disasters!
You are so right about remembering to blog the diasters! They may not be funny at the time but they are the stories told year after year. Diasters make the best memories.
I love the picture of your boys!
The holidays wouldn't be the same without those messes. But if we take them in stride, those messes can make for some great memories.
And great blogging material!
So sweet! Merry SITSmas to you!
Your card is great. Those happy little faces are so sweet.
Thanks for the reminder, too. I do tend to get stressed out, so it's my mission to just chill this year.
Aw, Shell. I loved this. π
Christmas are for the kids. can't wait to see them open their Xmas presents!
I love the pictures you chose! The reminder is needed this time of year.
Cute card! Those are great pictures of your little (big) guys.
I love this! Christmas is definitely for the kids but I get a kick out of it too. It is definitely the most wonderful time of the year!
Love your card π
I LOVE it! Is this a Shutterfly card? If I get 3 good individual pics, I would totally choose this one.
How sweet! And so worth remembering at this time of year!
Awwww LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!
Shell…love this! It's a perfect holiday card π
Very cute. I'm still trying to decided what cards to do this year. Anything that entails getting my two to behave themselves long enough is always a stressful event! And you can bet I'll blog about it! π
Love the card! So sweet. π
LOve it and so true… how cute are those babies
LOVE the card!!!
LOVE this post Shellerific! It's wonderful! I often forget to stop and just enjoy the messy moments. They'll be gone soon and I know I will miss them when they are!
This is so sweet and just perfect. I love it, and you are 100% right!
So cute. Don't I know it sister! The glue and glitter on the floor lately are enough to choke a family of elves.
Adorable card. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
Lots of yummy love,

What a lovely card!
It can be so hard to remember to take things in stride during the holidays, especially when things don't go the way they should! Just gotta remember to take deep breaths and let things roll off your back. π
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without the excitement and wonder of children. π
What a great post! I love the wonder too!
And I keep notes on the silly stuff to give you all a laugh!
What an adorable family!
Gorgeous cards! Merry SITS-mas!
I can just see your three little monkeys jumping on the bed! Having 3 kids is crazy!
Love your poem, super cute!!!!Oh and of course your boys are adorable!!!!
Love that card!
Beautiful Shell.
And I do have to do that this holiday season and every holiday season, take a deep breath and enjoy all the blessings of family and friends.
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.
What adorable boys and cute card :O)
Merry SITSmas!!
I didn't realize your boys were so close in age! You busy lady. Great card.
Very cute! I love how kids see the holidays… it's so much fun to see their eyes when they look at the presents, the lights, everything is a wonder!
Your boys are super cute, lovely card too!
This was really sweet. It reminded me of when my kids were little.
What a cute card. Christmas can get kinda boring when there's no little ones running around messing everything up!
Cute card! We have been making a few decorations and will take it up a notch when we get glitter lol
Merry SITSmas!
Your boys are such cuties. And this was a sweet post. I love that my nephew is old enough now to really enjoy Christmas. It will be so much fun.
Sigh. The wonder is where it's at. That's the best wish for your friends. Back atcha, friend.
Yes and the disasters are things that I will also be able to giggle at..someday π
Beautiful card! The perfect pictures are always in the stolen moments. You've inspired an upcoming post! Thank you for this, it's always good to be reminded that the memories and simple moments are the important part of this holiday season…it's so easy to get caught up in the race for perfection…

Fabulous card… I should probably start thinking about that…
Bring on the Christmas disasters indeed! I love laughing at holidays gone humorously awry. π
I love your card but the sentiment in this post was even better!
Love this! I'll be sure to blog about our holiday mishaps. LOL!
PS – I AM GOING TO BLISSDOM! YAY!!!!
Beautiful!
Don't worry I WONDER about plenty in my house!
I'm impressed that you guys do crafts! I don't have much patience for that.
We do make cookies though. And I barely have patience for that either.
I love Christmas with my boys! Its lot more about our traditions than anything else. =)
Love this Christmas card!!!!
Your always so good about doing things on SITS! Way to go girlie!
My 4 yr old is just getting into the hang of "traditions" so this christmas should be fun! With all my boys…disasters happen way to frequently lol…I promise to blog π
Don't know how I missed this when you first posted, but super cute. G-d, those boys are adorable. Keep 'em away from my daughter, she tends to give unrequested kisses to cute boys! π
