Flashback Friday: Disney Edition

The last time we went to Disney, my boys were so bitty. It was 6 years ago for my husband’s work. Since we’ll be headed there next week as part of the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at our last visit.

We were at a welcome dinner and they had brought out different characters for a meet and greet. Then they left. A few minutes later, Minnie came out and my then 3 year-old basically chased her down, yelling “Minnie! Minnie!” and was first in line to get his picture taken with her, giving her hugs.

There is a teeny little 3 year old driving his daddy around. If you look closely, you can see his head.

My oldest, then 4.5, asked the army guy a question during the show and we saw the army guy give him the strangest look and put his arms up in a “what the heck” gesture, and point down at our son. We found out that our son had asked him “Do your arms and legs come off?” Because the arms and legs of his army guys at home come off.

How they loved Handy Manny! They really wanted to look in his tool belt for the tools.

The pool at the Yacht Club resort was absolutely amazing!

A family pic: and yes, we color coordinated for most of the trip. The only exceptions were when we had to change clothes due to the extremely hot weather.

I sort of want to try to recreate this pic when we go to Disney, just to show how much my kids have grown.
