A Really Loud Purse for a Good Cause

Have you met Pursey? Pursey is a very loud purse. You can’t help but notice her.  She travels around the country to different bloggers who show her a good time. She is the brain child of Lori, who started Project Purse and Boots.  Pursey is not just fun to carry around as we try to out-loud the loud purse, but there’s also a cause that goes along with the sequins.  For every stop Pursey makes, she raises money for “The American Stroke Association in celebration of caregivers taking time to take care of themselves.”

Pursey showed up in Asheville, NC last week to make an appearance at the Type A Parent Conference. Here are just some of the pics:

Pursey is very sexy, but she doesn't hold a candle to you, my darling! You're gorgeous, I honestly can't get enough pictures of you…no I'm not a weird, crazy, stalker…not that's not me in the bushes outside your house, no, it's really not! I swear it! xoxox

I swear that said "Purse and Boobs." I know it did.

Must be time for bed. Great cause — AHA/ASA and caregiver causes. If I get my brain on straight, I just might let it springboard into a PYHO post.

Pursey gets around. But it's for a good cause that is okay.

I think it's fantastic when people believe in a cause and then take the time to promote it and work hard for it. My daughter loves the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Program. She has been working hard for that cause since she was about 16. A little service keeps us all from getting selfish…
