A First Concert and Pringles® Summer Jam

Tracking PixelSharing my family’s love of music and a first concert experience as part of a sponsored post with Pringles® Summer Jam.

Since our early days of dating, our favorite date night activity has been concerts. Primarily country concerts, with a few throwbacks to our high school and college day faves thrown in for variety. I wish I’d had kept track of all the concerts we’ve been to over the years. This was our latest concert, this past weekend, when we saw Tim McGraw.

What made this concert so different was our decision to bring our three boys. We figured it was family-friendly enough, we could sit at the back of the lawn, and bring noise cancellation headphones. Despite their lack of enthusiasm for their camera-happy mom taking a pic to commemorate their first concert, I promise they had a good time.

We danced around and they experienced their first-ever tailgate. We were shocked to learn that, prior to their first concert, they didn’t know what tailgating even meant, though they were thrilled that it included plenty of yummy snacks, including Pringles® in all different varieties.

Pringles® Summer Jam

If you love music like we do, you’ll want to know about Pringles® Summer Jam.

Pringles® knows that people are already using their cans as instruments, so they’re challenging music sensation M4Sonic and a group of musicians of varying styles and backgrounds – called the Percussion Prodigies – to incorporate the brand’s iconic can into their musical expression. You can check out the Percussion Prodigies’ videos at Pringles.com/music for inspiration on how to make your own Pringles® can instrument. We went super simple with ours, using some decorative tape. You can share your creations with #PringlesSummerJamSweeps.

If you’re looking to make the most out of summer, Pringles® is offering you and a friend the chance to win a VIP experience to a Live Nation concert in the U.S. All you have to do is pick up a specially marked can of Pringles®, enter your code online and you could find yourself on an adventure of a lifetime.

Come to think of it. I haven’t been to a concert in a long time… maybe when my girls are big enough, I’ll also be able to bring them to one.
