Who else made a New Year’s resolution to be more active? How is it going?
One of my biggest struggles is finding the time. If I go to the gym, that can cut 2 hours out of my day when you factor in getting ready to go and travel time, along with actual work out time. So it helps to have something to do at home. Not to mention having something else that can keep the kids busy!
