We started a new tradition in our house three Christmases ago. As far as my boys know, that’s when their mama decided she would hide near the Christmas tree and take a picture of Santa in our house. You can start this tradition with your kids with iCaughtSanta.
Christmas 2009: Staged the presents a few nights early and had this printed at Walgreen to have under the tree when the boys got up. Only year I had my act together enough to do it before Christmas Eve- other years, I just show the boys the pic on my computer.
Christmas 2010: We caught Santa asleep on the couch, right beside our youngest.
Christmas 2012
There are 14 different Christmas poses to choose from, so you can choose which one you like and be able to choose different ones each year. You can adjust the placement, size, and brightness of Santa in your photos as well.
By using this link to iCaughtSanta, you can get your photo for $7.50, a 25% off discount. Feel free to share that link with anyone who might want to create their own Santa photo.
There are also contests going on to win iPads: you can click over for more details.

Oh, I would LOVE to do this for my 7yo… between being hospitalized with heart issues and living just outside of Sandy Hook, he’s had a rough go of it as of late. I can only imagine the jumping up and down that would ensue upon seeing one of these!
